1. The Digital Workforce Agreement

You are hiring an AI team, not humans.

BlynQ provides a SaaS platform consisting of AI Agents. While highly capable, these agents should be treated as assistants. You remain responsible for final business decisions, legal compliance of outputs, and tool sync configurations.

2. Subscription & Task Credits

Pay for the team, get the results.

Billing is based on your selected monthly or annual plan. Task volume and specialist access vary by plan. Unused task credits do not roll over unless specified in your Enterprise contract.

3. Intellectual Property

You own the outputs.

You own all content, strategy plans, and creative assets generated by BlynQ agents for your account. BlynQ retains ownership of the underlying AI models, specialist logic structures, and platform code.

4. Service Availability

24/7 aim with standard maintenance.

We strive for 99.9% uptime. As our agents rely on LLM providers (OpenAI, Google, etc.), service availability may be impacted by upstream provider status. We will always prioritize your critical workflows.

5. Acceptable Use

Keep it legal and ethical.

BlynQ agents may not be used for generating illegal content, mass spamming, or violating third-party intellectual property. Violation results in immediate account suspension without refund.
